We've made it really easy for you to request an appointment with us.

Just fill out the simple form below, and our professional office staff will give you a call back to schedule & confirm the details of your appointment (date, time, location, etc.). If you are seeking an appointment time for multiple people, please include each first name. It is also helpful to identify the service you are interested in (can be included following your name on the "First and Last Name" line) and be sure to indicate the day and time that you are requesting. This will help us facilitate your appointment as quickly as possible. Evenings and weekends do book quickly so please give us as much advanced notice as possible for multiple appointments and for Ultimate and Indulgence Package Appointments. Thank you!

Sending a Request for Session DOES NOT CONFIRM that you are booked. Our office staff will contact you to let you know if the day and time you selected is available. Please have additional back up times in the event your initial request can not be accommodated. It is best to call if you are interested in a same day appointment.
